THE Ryman League Division 1 play-off final will be an all-Kent affair after Dover Athletic and Tonbridge Angels both won their semi-finals on Bank Holiday Monday.

Whites clinched their place with a single-goal victory at Metropolitan Police. Craig Wilkins made himself the hero by heading in a corner 18 minutes from time.

Angels, who were playing Tooting & Mitcham United at Longmead, made things hard for themselves when Ray Powell was sent off for a second bookable offence after just 40 minutes.

But Tony Dolby's side showed their character and took the lead midway through the second half through Jon Main.

Tooting were themselves reduced to 10 men in the 75th minute and Tonbridge's victory was sealed when Nick Barnes scored a fine individual effort three minutes from time.

Saturday's final will be played at Longmead courtesy of Angels' higher finish in the final league table.
