Langley: we've every chance in Trophy clash

LANGLEY: felt his side displayed character against Forest Green

MANAGER Richard Langley believes Dover Athletic will travel to Hednesford Town for Saturday's FA Trophy tie with every chance of reaching the quarter-finals.

After their disappointing 3-3 draw with Bath on Saturday, Whites responded with a fighting performance to beat Forest Green Rovers 2-1 in Tuesday night's Trophy fourth-round replay.

Langley said afterwards: "We showed a lot of character and if we play like that on Saturday we must have every chance."

Hednesford secured their place in the fifth round with a 2-1 replay victory over Worthing on Tuesday, and Langley said that he wasn't disappointed at the outcome even though Worthing play in a lower level in Ryman Division 1 South.

Langley commented: "In all honesty, I would rather play Hednesford. If it had been Worthing, people would be expecting us to win, but they are going well this year and it would have been just as tough as going to Hednesford."
