KENT Police have issued an efit of a balding man in his 30s they wish to question in connection with a sexual assault on a girl of 12.

Detectives say the incident happened between 7pm and 7.20pm on October 31 in Green Lane, Folkestone.

The offender is described as white, aged about 34, 5ft 11in tall, and broadly built with a spotty complexion. He was wearing a puffy green jacket that was zipped-up, dark jeans and possibly trainers. He spoke with a southern accent.
