Body in flat: No suspicious circumstances

A POST mortem has revealed that a 27-year-old man found dead at his flat in Connaught Road, Folkestone, last Friday died of natural causes.

Detectives originally treated the death of Gary Lee as suspicious and members of his family and friends were arrested by police shortly after his body was discovered. But it has since been discovered he died of heart and liver failure.

It is believed Mr Lee had suffered for many years with an alcohol problem. There will not be an inquest. The people arrested have been released without charge.
