CCTV appeal after assault in Folkestone shop

Police are hunting a man following reports of an assault at a shop.

Officers handling the incident in Folkestone have released the CCTV image of a man who may be able to help them with their investigation.

Officers were called to a shop in Park Farm Road on Monday following reports that a member of a staff had been assaulted by a customer.

The incident occurred at around 2.45pm.

It is believed that the man pictured may be able to assist police with their eqnuiries.
