A MAN and a woman arrested in connection with the possible murder of a 22-year-old man missing for more than three months have been bailed.

David Redman was last seen at 2am on Saturday, March 10, walking towards Marine Parade, Dover. This CCTV image captured his movements.

DCI Jon Bumpus said: "New information has come to light, and we are investigating the possibility that David may have been murdered.

"Enquiries are at an early stage and we are appealing to anyone who was on the sea front near the Eastern Docks, Dover between Jubilee Way and Marine Parade, during the early hours of Saturday, March 10, to contact us if they remember anything, however insignificant it may appear.

"For instance, people messing about or arguing or possibly leaving the area in a hurry. They may hold the vital clue to this investigation and we are anxious to hear from them."

The pair arrested on Friday have both been released on bail pending further enquiries.

Mr Redman is described as white, 5ft 6in tall, of slim build with collar-length hair. He was wearing a denim jacket, blue jeans and a black top with white flower motifs on the front.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 01303 289639 or Kent Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
