Neil Cugley has challenged prolific Folkestone striker Ian Draycott to do even better next season.

Draycott scored 43 goals in his debut campaign at the Fullicks Stadium - a record that saw him named in the Division 1 South team-of-the-year at the Ryman League dinner in London on Saturday night.

Invicta boss Cugley believes there’s more to come from Draycott.

He said: "Draycs deserved to make the team-of-the-year.

"He’s a class player, a nice lad, a good trainer and the players love him. He must have been a prefect at school!

“Some goalscorers don’t want to do the other side of the game but he works so hard as well.

"He got 40-odd goals last season and I expect more next season.

"We might be a bit stronger as a team, which will help him, so you never know how many he could get."
