A Gravesend man has been re-bailed as police continue their inquiries into the disappearance of a missing teenager.

The 40-year-old was arrested in May on suspicion of murdering teenager Damien Nettles, from the Isle of Wight, in 1996.

He was one of five men who answered police bail on Wednesday and will now reappear in February 1, pending further inquiries.

The men were arrested as detectives try to establish what happened to Mr Nettles after a night out in West Cowes on November 2.

He has never been seen since.

Anyone with information about Damien Nettles can contact police on 0845 045 4545 or email operation.ridgewood@hampshire.pnn.police.uk
