The 10-part series stars David Easter, Mark Moraghan and Stuart Antony who all recently finished shooting at Ye Olde Leather Bottel pub in Northfleet.

Crews are to continue filming for around three months at different locations around London with the series airing in 2022.

Very little information is available about the series but the show revolves around two former Special Forces veterans who are summoned out of retirement by "The World Order" to take on missions including assassinations of terrorists and fascist world leaders.

Passer-by Graham Robinson captured the actors on camera. He said: "I managed to get this photo of the actors David Easter and Stuart Antony in action.

"Stuart was holding a gun and the pair were walking and talking as the camera followed them.

"It looked very exciting and action packed. It's great to see Gravesend featuring on TV."

Shooting for Cockney and Scouse will continue at Gravesend Promenade and in and around the town centre for the next month.

A spokesman for Liver Birds Films said: "We were back filming in Gravesend yesterday with actors David Easter, Stuart Antony and four-year-old, Poppy Johnson, who makes her TV debut in Cockney and Scouse.

"We will continue to use the area and location in the coming weeks.

"It was great to see members of the public engaging with the actors yesterday.

"After such a tough lockdown we were glad they were able to watch some of the filming taking place in Gravesend."

This wasn't the only location in the borough used for filming this week.

On Tuesday, Johnny English star and Torn singer Natalie Imbrugli was filming at Nell's Cafe just off the A2.
