Two children taken to Darent Valley Hospital as buggy crushed in Gravesend town centre crash

Two children have been taken to hospital after two cars crashed in Gravesend town centre this morning - leaving a smashed-up buggy sandwiched against a wall.

It is not yet clear how the buggy was involved in the smash between two vehicles.

Ambulance crews were called to the scene to reports two children and an adult had suffered injuries.

All three were taken to Darent Valley Hospital, in Dartford, with injuries thought to be minor.

The crash happened at the junction of Darnley Road and Arthur Street at about 8.45am.
