Farm cruise into semi-finals

Craggs Farm booked their place in the semi-finals of the Mallinson Hospital Cup with an impressive 4-0 win at Kent County League Greenways Reserves.

The Gravesend League Premier Division leaders took a 2-0 half-time lead through Rob Ingram and Aaron Frain and Rob Clerkson and Tony Swann doubled their tally.

Division 1 pacesetters Woodlands Athletic took their excellent league form into the cup with an 8-1 thrashing of bottom club Peacock Celtic.

Darren Gowler’s hat-trick Dan Ingram (2) and Neil Marshall (2) put Athletic out of reach before Celtic’s Paul Coulton hit a spectacular 25-yard consolation. Karl Daly scored Woodlands’ eighth.
