SHEPHERD Neame has appointed its first wine sale development manager. Roshna Ahmad will be working for the brewer's wine and spirits division; Todd's the Wine Company.

The role will cover the development of wine-led free trade customers as well as supporting the brewery's estate of pubs, pub restaurants and hotels throughout London and the southeast.

Todd's manager Michael Prior said: "Roshna's appointment reflects our commitment to our rapidly increasing wine business."
