rate my ride is a new customer feedback survey, by answering just four simple questions asking you to rate the bus service you are travelling on.

The questions are:

- Which area are you travelling in today?

- How would you rate the cleanliness of the bus you are travelling on today?

- How would you rate the friendliness of the driver on the bus you are travelling on today?

- How would you rate the reliability of the bus service you have travelled on today?

Whether you are an occasional or everyday bus user, your view is important. Rate out of five stars how clean your bus is, how friendly the driver is and how reliable the service is.

How do I complete the survey?

Seek out the QR code on your bus, this will be on the back of a seat or next to you. Once you have scanned the QR code it will direct you to a SurveyMonkey link for you to leave feedback on your bus journey.

Why should I take part in rate my ride?

Stagecoach South East want to make sure that they are providing what is important to you on all their services so they can continue to make improvements and provide the bus journeys you expect.

You also have the chance to win a month’s free travel on Stagecoach South East services by taking a couple minutes responding to the survey!

How will I know if I have won the prize draw?

The prize draw will be held on the last day of every month. If you entered your email address on the survey, they will contact you via email if you were a winner.
