A MONTH in Argentina is offer to young professionals - and it's free.

Rotary clubs in Kent are looking for team members for 2002 Group Study Exchange (GSE),

a programme of professional development for those in work aged between 25 and 40. Team members will stay in the city of Mendoza, in the wine growing region.

Rotary member George Banks, who will lead the team, said: "This is an ideal opportunity for young business or professional men and women to take part in a unique programme.

"Applicants do not need to belong to any organisation. It is preferable if they could speak or understand some Spanish, although some cramming tuition will be given."

Mr Banks is worried the reported situation in Argentina may have put some applicants off but said they should not be. "We are in close touch with our counterparts in Argentina and they assure us things are safe for visitors," he said.
