New man has experience of wealth

CRIPPS Portfolio, the Tunbridge Wells-based provider of integrated wealth management services, has appointed Martin Perry as a client manager.

Martin's last position was at UBS Private Banking, where he was deputy global head of Investment Advisory Analysis overseeing investment research.

In a 22-year career, he has direct experience of most aspects of private client wealth management for both domestic and offshore individuals. Martin's main areas of technical expertise include financial analysis of securities and markets, asset allocation and management of liabilities.

Simon Lough, director of wealth management at Cripps Portfolio, said: "This appointment demonstrates our commitment to the continuous improvement of our services to clients and our commitment to the wealth management market.

"We are delighted to have recruited someone with Martin's background in leading City institutions. Martin's appointment will strengthen our wealth management expertise and underlines our policy of providing a personal service of the highest quality."

Cripps Portfolio was born out of the demerger of the finance and investment services division of the law firm Cripps Harries Hall.
