MAIDSTONE-based PR and marketing consultancy Edwards Harvey, part of the Communicore Group of marketing services agencies, has made two key appointments.

Richard Harvey, Kent Business columnist and co-founder of Edwards Harvey 23 years ago, has been appointed chairman and Joanne Rogers is the new managing director.

Mrs Rogers has been a director of Edwards Harvey for three years, having previously worked at the BBC and London agency Hill and Knowlton. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Institute of Public Relations.
