A SHADOW Secretary of State who was born in Dover is returning to the town this month to speak at a business lunch, organised by Dover District Chamber of Commerce.

John Redwood is the Shadow Secretary of State for Deregulation and he will speak on the Tories' radical plans to deregulate business.

The event is being held at The Ramada Dover Hotel, Whitfield, on Thursday, January 20 at 12.15pm, and the cost is £15 for chamber members, and £17.50 for non-members.
