Best friend appeals for clues to find missing Richard Lambert

The best friend of missing man Richard Lambert
has made an appeal for information on his whereabouts.

Laurence Beere joined Richard’s dad John
Lambert and Det Insp Ann Lisseman at Medway Police Station this
morning. Laurence, 19, was with Richard the night he went
missing.

Richard, of Fowey Close, Chatham, was last
seen in the early hours of Saturday, June 13, after a night out
with friends in Maidstone.

He briefly returned home at about 5.45am but
has not been seen since.

His mobile is switched off and he has not
drawn any money out of his bank account. Richard turned 20 on
July 23 but didn't get in contact with any of his family or
friends.

Richard is 5ft 9ins, stocky, with short, light
brown hair and blue eyes. He drives a distinctive black Ford Fiesta
ST 500 with a white trim on the bonnet, registration number EY09
YST.
