A car driven by kmfm breakfast show presenter Bob Mower was involved in an accident on Tuesday morning.

It landed on its roof when it hit a patch of black ice caused by a burst water main on the A251 at Sheldwich.

Mr Mower was driving to work at the time. He was not injured.

The accident happened between North Street and the New House Lane junction.

Emergency services were called at 6.15am and the road reopened at 8.55am.

The burst main also left Sheldwich Primary School without water with some parents choosing to take their children home.
