Concern is growing for a missing 14-year-old... last seen at the Notting Hill Carnival.

Alex Medway-Smith has been missing from his home in Approach Road, Margate since the last day of the bank holiday festival, August 27.

It's thought the teenager might still be in London.

He has been reported missing previously but has usually returned home after a couple of days.

Inspector Tony Pledger said: “We are concerned about Alex due to the people we believe he may be mixing with.

"I am appealing to those who know him in Thanet to let us know where he is. His family are growing increasingly worried.”
