POLICE are appealing for information following the theft of a concrete urn from the courtyard of an address in a Kent village.

The theft occurred at High Street, Hadlow, near Tonbridge, overnight between 5pm on Sunday, June 25, and 10.30am on Monday, June 26.

Anne McCarthy, police media and communications officer, said: "The urn is about 1m high and was displayed on a concrete plinth."
