County braced for predicted blizzards

Kent commuters face a difficult journey to work on Monday if forecasts of heavy snow prove to be correct.

The Met Office is predicting the first wintry flurries will hit the county today followed by blizzards on Monday and Tuesday.

Drivers are being warned to take extra care as temperatures plummet over the coming week with nighttime lows of -6C predicted.
