SHEPPEY'S three-tier schooling could soon change, as Kent County Council begins consulting parents on the system.

People are being encouraged to join the debate, which could result in Kent's last middle schools closing.

The council hopes the reorganisation would reduce disruption for pupils, especially during the essential "key stages".
