Does Kent need another landmark?

Paul Carter, leader of Kent County Council, thinks that a prancing white horse would make the perfect landmark for Kent.

He joined the debate after five designs for an 'Angel of the South' style landmark for Ebbsfleet were unveiled by artists.

The £2million project will provide the county with a symbol on the same scale as the Statue of Liberty. But does a county already bulging with iconic landmarks
