Dog owner still searching for beloved Jack Russell

Have you seen this dog?

That is the heartfelt message from the owners of a missing Jack Russell whose picture appears on a huge poster placed on a fence close to where she went missing.

Three-year-old Floss went missing at about 1pm on Monday, December 15 after she ran off in to a field while she was being taken for a walk along the Saxon Shore Way in Gillingham.

Floss, who is micro chipped, has a white body and tail and a black and white face. She was wearing a brown leather collar with her contact disc attached to it at the time she went missing.

A £200 reward is being offered for her safe return.

Her elderly owners, Fred Harris, 86, and his wife Edna, 86, from Twydall, say they are desperate to have her home. Floss’s brother Charlie is also missing her.

Tearful Fred said: “She’s like part of the family and we miss her so much.

“We’ve had Floss and Charlie since they were eight weeks old.

“We’re desperate for her to come home - the hardest part is not knowing if she’s alright. If someone has got her all we ask is that they let us know she’s OK.”
