Hospital trust 'weak'

BROMLEY Hospitals NHS Trust has been rated 'weak' in the latest report from the Healthcare Commission.

The annual health check found the trust had missed it's financial targets for 2006/07 and so was automatically given the lowest score for its 'Use of Resources'.

The Trust which runs the Princess Royal University Hospital in Orpington was given a 'good' score for it's quality of services.

This is the second year the Trust has been rated as 'weak' for it's use of resources but it has shown an improvement since last year in its quality of services.
