Jumpers Trampolining Club’s Matthew Swaffer, Dominic Swaffer and Jason Plowman are gunning for glory in the Trampoline Gymnastics World Championships this week.

The trio will represent Great Britain in the Men’s Double Mini Tramp Team event at the Championships which are being held in St Petersburg in Russia.

The trio did the clean sweep in the national finals with Matthew Swaffer winning gold, Plowman silver and Dominic Swaffer bronze.

"The three of us are 1-2-3 in the country so we’re off to the World Championships," said Matthew Swaffer.

"There’s more than 30 countries competing, and our main aim will be to get a team medal.

"We’ll also compete individually. It’s hard to gauge how we will do. We’re all up there pushing everyone so there’s a chance we could get a medal."
