A jury hearing the trial of two men accused of laundering hundreds of thousands of pounds from the £53 million Securitas robbery in Tonbridge in 2006 was discharged on Wednesday for legal reasons.

Company director Ian Bowrem, 46, was alleged to have had almost £1million in the boot of his Mercedes car, £380,000 of which was linked to the terrifying February 2006 raid.

Bowrem, of Higher Metcombe, Ottery St Mary, Devon, and debt collector and cage fighter Jeremy Bailey, 34, of Basingstoke, Hampshire, denied money laundering.

A retrial has been set for August 24.
