Kent handed home quarter-final

KENT have been drawn at home in the last eight of this season's Tetleys' National Under-20 Championship.

The unbeaten London Pool A winners will take on Oxfordshire - probably at Charlton Park - on the weekend of April 17-18.

Kent coach Dave Collen said: "We're delighted to be playing at home and reasonably happy with the draw.

"We've got a couple more training sessions to help us prepare and a game against the Saracens development side coming up on April 7 at Blackheath."

London Pool B winners Sussex - also unbeaten in this season's competition - will travel to play Devon. Cambridge University have been rewarded with a home tie against Lancashire after becoming the first student side to reach the quarter-finals of the competition. The other tie is a replay of last season's final with defending champions Yorkshire hosting the North Midlands.

The games are scheduled to be played on April 17, but can be played on April 18 subject to the agreement of both teams.
