Light airy interior for Ashford show home

A new four-bedroom show home has been drawing the crowds at Jones Homes' development Henwood Place in Ashford.

Sara Stanhope, of Jones Homes Southern, said: "Since we launched our new show home at Henwood Place in Ashford, we have been inundated with visitors."

The new Brabourne show home has a light airy feel and uses a colour palette of white, off-white, silvery green and grey combined with a rich variety of textured fabrics.

The Brabourne has traditional Kentish weather boarding. The interiors are contemporary, with well-designed living space and a high-quality specification.

The impressive kitchen/dining room extends across the width of the house, opening on to the rear garden. There is a generously-proportioned living room with a feature bay window, a study, utility room and ground floor cloakroom.

On the upper floor are four bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and a family bathroom.

Anyone buying a Brabourne house type over the next two weeks will be offered the chance to recreate the show home look in their own new home.

Sara says: "If someone buys a house of the same type as the show home, we'll provide them with advice and plans for the interior design scheme and details of where to purchase similar styles of furniture and accessories.

Henwood Place is off Gordon Close in the Willesborough area of Ashford. It is a development of 20 four-bedroom detached and semi-detached houses, all with garaging.

Prices for the four-bedroom homes start at £289,950. For information, call the sales centre, open Monday to Thursday from 10am-5.30pm on 01233 629858.
