Man found dead at East Malling with gun by his side

THE body of a man has been found in a parked car at East Malling, near Maidstone, with a shotgun beside him.

Police were called to the car park at East Malling Village Hall in New Road at about 7.30am on Wednesday

The 53-year-old man is understood to have been married and from the Maidstone area. Members of his family have been informed. He has not yet been named.
