POLICE are searching for a 83-year-old man who went missing from hospital on Wednesday morning.

Raymond Hilliard who suffers from dementia and is also insulin dependent, was last seen at Darent Valley Hospital in Greenhithe at 10am.

Without medication, needed by 4pm yesterday, he is likely to fall into a diabetic coma, police have said.

“He was wearing a black jacket, green jumper and green/brown trousers. He is able to hold a conversation and may mention Hazel, his wife who died recently.”
