Police have called off the search for a 38-year-old woman following the discovery of a body near a Kent lighthouse.

The body - which was found at the foot of the cliffs directly below South Foreland lighthouse at St Margaret's, near Dover - has been identified as that of Caroline Keeley.

Caroline, from Cliftonville, near Margate, had been missing since Thursday.

A lifeboat crew was called out to recover her body at around 12.20pm on Saturday.

Her death has been referred to the coroner.
