CCTV images of a woman police want to speak to about an assault in New Road, Gravesend

Police investigating an assault outside a restaurant in Gravesend have released CCTV images of a woman they want to speak to.

A woman in her 30s suffered a broken ankle and cuts and bruises to her face after she was repeatedly punched and kicked in New Road in the early hours of Sunday morning.

She needed hospital treatment for her injuries.

The woman in the CCTV is said to be white, aged between 20 and 25 years old, with shoulder length blonde hair. She was wearing a grey top.

Police would also like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the assault, which happened at around 3.15am.
