Rush hour diversions after accident

TRAFFIC was diverted this morning after two vehicles were in collision on the A20 at Lenham. The collision took place just before 8.30am outside the Texaco petrol station.

Ambulance crews were called to the scene and both drivers, one male and one female, have been taken to Maidstone Hospital to be treated for bruises and whiplash.

Traffic was diverted during rush hour to allow both cars to be recovered, and the road to be cleared of debris.
