Serial killer Peter Tobin to ill to appear in court for appeal

Serial killer Peter Tobin has missed another court appearance through ill health.

The 63-year-old was due at the Court of Appeal in Edinburgh to challenge his 30-year sentence for murdering Vicky Hamilton.

Along with Dinah McNicol she was found two years ago buried at a house in Margate.

The appeal case has been deferred for two months.
