Emma Elizabeth Tazey, Gordon Arthur and Cesare Selvini are among Britain's most-wanted tax dodge suspects

Three of Britain's most-wanted tax dodge suspects are revealed to have fled Kent.

HM Revenue and Customs have issued photographs of 20 fugitives who are said to have conned the exchequer out of £765million.

They are all alleged tax criminals who have absconded after being charged with a crime or during trial.

Among them are three who failed to turn up to court in the county.

Gordon Arthur, 60, is believed to be in the United States suspected of illegally importing cigarettes and alcohol and failing to pay around £15million in duty.

He fled Britain in 2000 and a warrant was issued for his arrest at Maidstone Crown Court in 2002.

Emma Elizabeth Tazey, 38, also believed to be in the United States, is wanted over the same allegations.

Cesare Selvini, 50, is wanted for smuggling platinum bars worth £600,000.

He failed to turn up at Dover Magistrates' Court in 2005 and is believed to be in Switzerland.

The FBI-style campaign is the first time HMRC has published images of alleged tax dodgers in a bid to track them down.
