CHARLTON head coach Iain Dowie has added to his management team at The Valley with John Harbin's appointment as fitness coach and Mike Kelly as goalkeeper coach.

Both move across south London from Dowie's former club Crystal Palace.

Harbin has been Dowie's fitness guru since their days together at Oldham Athletic where the Addicks boss recruited him from the local Rugby League club in 2002.

Kelly is an established goalkeeper coach who has worked in the past with the England squad.
