MARGATE FC secretary Ken Tomlinson today confirmed that the club will not surrender home advantage for their FA Cup second round tie with Cardiff on Saturday, December 7.

Mr Tomlinson says Margate plan to play the tie at Crabble, with a 1pm kick-off to accommodate television.

BBC plan to show highights of the game, a deal which will pocket the Gate £40,000. A further £30,000 is up for grabs for the winners. Tickets for the tie will be £15 for seats and £13 standing. There will be no concessions
