Bristol City v Gillingham

GILLINGHAM’S threadbare squad face the challenge of two away games in three days.

The Gills travel to Bristol City on Sunday for an FA Cup second round tie and then head to Port Vale on Tuesday as they search for their fourth win in five League 1 games.

Manager Ronnie Jepson said: "We wanted to play the FA Cup game on Friday night to give us more time to prepare but Bristol City got the nod from the FA to have the game on Sunday.

"We will get back to Gillingham on Sunday evening and the players will have ice baths and warm-downs on Monday before heading off to Port Vale on Tuesday morning."
