Nottingham Forest v Gillingham

GILLINGHAM'S last trip to Nottingham Forest's City Ground ended in heartbreaking fashion as they were relegated from the Championship on the last day of last season.

A late Eugen Bopp equaliser condemned the Gills to League 1 football this campaign, but manager Ronnie Jepson believes Saturday's venue shouldn't hold any psychological problems for his players.

He said: "You don’t get relegated because of one game, it’s what happened over the whole season.

"Games like these are a great challenge for players and they should look forward to them."

Nottingham Forest will go into the match full of confidence after thrashing Swindon 7-1 in their last game at the City Ground.

Jepson said: "We had a scout at their game against Swindon. I kind of wish we hadn’t now as they won 7-1. The column for strengths was full and weaknesses blank on that day.

"Their wage bill is astronomical compared to ours, so we know they have quality in their side. But on our day we can match them."

Gillingham make the trip without a win in five and having lost their last two on the road.
