Kent batting first in Lord's final

Kent have won the toss and elected to bat in the Friends Provident Trophy final against Essex at Lord's today.

The four players Kent had fitness doubts over - Darren Stevens, Justin Kemp, Azhar Mahmood and Yasir Arafat - are all named in the side.

Robbie Joseph has been included to play in place of Simon Cook.

Play started on time at 10.45am.
