CHARLTON manager Alan Pardew has admitted that the club made errors over the fitness of Andy Reid.
Reid remains sidelined by a hamstring injury which he aggravated during the 3-1 defeat to Middlesbrough at The Valley.
And Pardew says the player was rushed back too quickly after four games out.
He said: "There was some mis-management I felt between us all, including the player, in terms of his injury.
"Perhaps we should have taken him off but we've aggravated it."
Reid is now targeting a return against Bolton Wanderers at the end of the month.
