Two-goal Dickson sparkles in trial game

CHRIS DICKSON made a dazzling Charlton debut for the reserves against Fulham on Tuesday night when he scored twice in a 5-2 success at Motspur Park.

Dickson, 22, who plays his football in the Ryman League, Division 1 South for Dulwich Hamlet against Chatham, Dartford, Dover, Maidstone and Sittingbourne, has been handed a week's trial by the Addicks.

He responded superbly with goals in the ninth and 14th minutes and went close to completing a hat-trick.

Myles Weston and two Kevin Lisbie goals in the final minute rounded off a satisfying night for Charlton.
