GILLINGHAM chairman Paul Scally was in London today at a Football League tribunal to decide whether or not former manager Tony Pulis was the subject of an illegal approach when he left Priestfield for Bristol City in July, 1999.

The hearing is expected to last for two days and will be heard by a three-man panel.

A verdict could be delivered on Wednesday or early in the New Year.
