Whitstable face former winners in Trophy

Whitstable travel to former FA Trophy winners Kingstonian in this year’s preliminary round of the competition.

Kingstonian won the trophy twice, in 1999 and 2000, and Whitstable make the trip to Kingsmeadow Stadium on October 4.

The preliminary round and first qualifying round were made today,

Maidstone entertain AFC Hornchurch in the first qualifying round while Dover travel to Staines and Dartford host Harlow Town.

The preliminary round sees Folkestone and Chatham slug it out for a place in the next round.

Preliminary Round (October 4)

Kingstonian v Whitstable Town, Leatherhead v Sittingbourne, Folkestone Invicta v Chatham Town, East Thurrock United v Thamesmead Town.

First Qualifying Round (October 18)

Kingstonian or Whitstable Town v Brackley Town, Maidstone United v AFC Hornchurch, Rothwell Town or Tilbury v Cray Wanderers, Harrow Borough v Folkestone Invicta or Chatham Town, Staines Town v Dover Athletic, Tonbridge Angels v Ramsgate, Dartford v Harlow Town, Maldon Town or Cheshunt v East Thurrock United or Thamesmead Town, Horsham v Leatherhead or Sittingbourne, Margate v Hendon.
