CCTV released after man glassed in the face in Week Street, Maidstone

Police are hunting the two men after a man was glassed in the face in Maidstone.

A CCTV image has been released of a man detectives would like to speak to in connection with the attack, which happened in Week Street last Wednesday (May 10).

The victim, who was in his 50s, suffered a number of injuries to his face after he got into a dispute with two others around 9pm.

One of the men then hit him with either a bottle or glass tumbler.

The offender and his associate then walked away in the direction of Union Street.

Police are continuing to make a number of enquiries and believe the man pictured can help with their investigation.

He is described as white, of average build and aged in his 20s. He had short ginger hair, dark rimmed glasses and was wearing a green jumper.
