Police in Tunbridge Wells have released an image of two men they would like to speak to after a woman was robbed.
The incident happened at just before 11pm on Monday in an alleyway in Cumberland Walk, Tunbridge Wells. A local woman in her 60s making her way home said she was approached from behind and had her handbag taken. In the struggle, she fell to the ground, fracturing her skull and tearing a ligament in her arm.
Police have now released an image of two men they want to speak to in relation to the enquiry.
DS Karen Festing from Kent Police said: “The victim is recovering in hospital but has been left very shaken, as well as seriously injured in this incident. We are now trying to identify the two men pictured as we believe they might be able to provide important information in relation to the case.”
