A 38-year-old motorist who bit another man in a road rage attack has escaped a jail sentence.

Technical engineer James McGarry, of Ernest Drive, Allington, Maidstone, was given a 16-week prison sentence, suspended for two years, and will have to complete 120 hours unpaid work.
