A father and son have been charged following a ram-raid in Staplehurst.
Cigarettes were stolen during the raid on June 22.
Kevin Pope, 53, of Maynards, Marden, has been charged with handling stolen goods and Daniel Pope, 30, of Lesley Place, Maidstone, has been charged with burglary and taking a vehicle without consent.
The older Pope is on bail and his son on remand in prison.
They appeared at Maidstone Magistrates' Court recently and are next due to appear at court to enter pleas on July 19.
